Deliver to Another Person

If you deliver to someone other than the passenger named in the BDO, such as a hotel reception, use the Deliver to Other option.

At the delivery address:

1. To confirm delivery, select the bags and tap DELIVER.

2. Tap Other.

3. In the Other field, enter the name of the person receiving the item.

4. Tap GET SIGNATURE and complete the delivery flow.
